Tannometer

Analysis of phenolic substances in beer, wort, extracts of malt and hops, wine, fruit juice and vegetable extracts.

The Tannometer is equipped with a temperature controlled measuring chamber and a micro dosing device. The evaluation is made by means of an integrated four-colour plotter or by means of the software TannoLab 2.0 (for Windows 98 / NT / 2000 / ME / XP) available as option.
